Artist Statement

What a suitcase can never hold

A suitcase holds more than just physical belongings — it contains fragments of a life, filled with memory, emotion, and connection. These intangible contents defy weight and volume, eluding the reach of any scanner or scale.

More than mere luggage, the suitcase becomes a vessel of identity, a portable home that carries the invisible traces of where we come from and what we leave behind.
